Me Time Podcast

Introducing the “Me Time Midlife Podcast!”

I’d been thinking about starting this podcast for a long time, but it wasn’t the right time for me yet.

I didn’t intend to start one this year either, but similar to how I moved from being a personal trainer to a coach, something was stirring inside of me and I knew it was the right time.

It seems natural that I’d have a podcast; I mean, I spend more time on the phone with clients than I spend writing, although I have been writing my blog for five years now and am proud of the commitment I made to do that (and I hope you find them valuable each week).

If you prefer reading over listening, don’t worry, I’m still going to write my blog, but I’m also going to read it on my podcast (it’ll be a separate episode) for those who would rather hear my voice instead of reading my words.

And like my blog, I’ll be rolling out weekly episodes for the woman in midlife who has been taking care of everyone else and now says, “It’s my turn to take care of ME!”

On the podcast, I’ll be interviewing experts and exploring topics such as health and aging, grandchildren, retirement, empty nest, adult children, friendships, wardrobe, decluttering, travel, self-discovery, and more!

Two episodes are already up and ready for you to listen on Apple Podcasts (or search for “Me Time Midlife Podcast” in the app on your phone), Stitcher, or Google Play.

However you choose to listen, I really hope you enjoy my new podcast, and if so, like my blog, please tell your midlife friends about it.

Thanks for your support and more importantly, for your on-going dedication to your health and self-care in your midlife years.

It’s your turn to take care of you,
