Living Room Workout 1
Living room stretch 1 (requires strap):
Tips: These stretches can be done in 1-3 sets. Be sure to do one full set (each exercise) before coming back to do more.
Hamstring stretch with strap (hold stretch for 30 seconds each leg)
Inner thigh stretch with strap (hold stretch for 30 seconds each leg)
I.T. band stretch with strap (hold stretch for 30 seconds each leg)
Controlled shoulder dislocation for mobility (do 5-10 repetitions of these – 1 repetition = over your head and back around)
Side torso stretch with strap (hold for 30 seconds on each side)
