Mid-year Reflections
Can you believe we’re half way through the year? Yes, that’s right. This Friday will mark the halfway point of 2016.
How do you feel about your progress so far this year toward your health and self-care goals?
At the end of every quarter, I ask my small group and private clients to complete their 90-Day Wonder. I give them a few weeks to sit down, free themselves of distractions, and reflect and write about the last 90 days, where they are today, and the next 90 days.
Here are the questions I ask them to work through:
How do you feel about your progress so far this year toward your health and self-care goals?
At the end of every quarter, I ask my small group and private clients to complete their 90-Day Wonder. I give them a few weeks to sit down, free themselves of distractions, and reflect and write about the last 90 days, where they are today, and the next 90 days.
Here are the questions I ask them to work through:
1. Big or small, what are you proud of yourself for in the last 90 days? What worked well, what were some of your accomplishments, celebrations, and victories?
2. What are your current obstacles and challenges?
3. What will you accomplish in the next 90 days?
My clients then have a chance to share with their group and me their responses to these questions. I have been doing this exercise myself for several years and have found it to be extremely helpful in moving forward toward my own personal and professional goals for the year. I spend between 1-2 hours working deeply through these questions.
I hope you value yourself to want to do the same. So, as we embark on the second half of the year, I encourage you to set aside some “Me Time” to work through your own 90-Day Wonder.
Now, understand it’s one thing to go through this exercise and another thing to actually work toward accomplishing those items you put down in Question #3. If you find that you have any goals related to improving your Sleep, Food, Mood/Stress or Exercise habits in Question #3, you may want to consider joining me and other ladies like you in their fifties in my next ReINVENT Your Health course.
ReINVENT Your Health is offered once a quarter and my next cohort starts on July 29th. My course is completely virtual and self-paced, so even if you’re busy, you can participate. The truth is that life and all of its challenges (planned or unplanned) will always be there. Something unexpected could always come up and get in the way, but again, that’s life, and some things are out of your control. The good news is that a lot is in your control and there’s something you can do about it… if you truly want it.
I hope you consider joining me, but understand that this course isn’t for everyone. This course is for women who are really serious about taking better care of their health in their 50s. They’ve been taking care of every one’s needs and have put theirs on the backburner for too long. If this sounds like you, reply back to me and share your answer(s) to Question #3 of your 90-Day Wonder. This will show me you’re serious and that you really want this for yourself.
If you do that for me, here’s what I’ll do for you. I’ll reply back to you a discount code for $50 off my ReINVENT Your Health course. Yep! That’s all you have to do and I can’t wait to hear from you.

Here’s what one of my ReINVENT Your Health grads had to say (and you can read more here):
“Leverage on your strengths! What a wonderful way to transform your health and well-being. The ReINVENT Your Health program is welcoming, challenging and has made a lasting impact on my life by helping me re-focus on the connectedness of my current health habits in regards to my sleep, food, mood and exercise. I stepped out of my comfort zone and committed to a program and wellness coach I did not know anything about. I gave Kim 100% of myself and followed the program. Even though hard at times, Kim was there for me. Kim’s coaching ability allowed me to begin to see the strengths that have been hidden away for too many years. The risks I took to share with Kim and the group gave me the confidence that I CAN move forward in my health and wellness journey in my 50’s and beyond.”
