I love the idea of taking moments of reflection to check in with how we are doing in our own self-directed growth program. I am very proud that I have been able to keep off the weight I had lost several years ago, especially with all our traveling (5 months and counting for the year!). I had hoped to be on the yoga mat more often, but I can frankly say that I have been in class as often as I have physically been able to. My goal is to commit to two days a week of low calorie intake. I have been doing at least one a week, but not always two and it is much healthier for me to do twice a week!

Heidi, thanks for sharing. I commend you for keeping your weight off in spite of traveling. That’s hard to do! It seems like you have developed some healthy habits – great! Keep it up 🙂
